[BUG] Prompt suggestion pre-filled in input box — Enter key does not submit (VS Code extension, WSL)

What's Wrong?

When Claude Code pre-fills a prompt suggestion into the input box after a response,
pressing Enter does nothing. The suggestion text is visible and the cursor is in the
box, but Enter has no effect. Copy-pasting the text and pressing Enter works fine.

What Should Happen?

Claude should execute the suggested command

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Claude Code in the VS Code extension with WSL
2. After Claude responds, observe a prompt suggestion pre-filled in the input box
3. Press Enter to submit it

Don't know but I'm 99% sure this worked in the past
