[Bug] iOS Build Failure: Duplicate PhotoValidationResult and Missing API Methods

Bug Description
Now I understand the problem clearly:

🔴 CRITICAL ISSUE IDENTIFIED

The MCP tool is clearly showing:

• ❌ iOS build failed
• Exit Code: 66
• Final Status: FAILED

But I've been misreading these clear failure indicators! The build is FAILING and I need to fix:

1. Duplicate PhotoValidationResult - defined in both POIPhotoValidator.swift and MissingTypesStub.swift
2. POIReviewAggregator errors - missing methods in GeminiAPIService
