[BUG] Cant read the history when a plan is opened

What's Wrong?

Cant read the history when a plan is opened. The plan blockes the compleat history view.

What Should Happen?

I can scroll so I can go up/down in the history and the plan

Steps to Reproduce

1. let cladue plan a plan
2. claude showes u the plan
3. history is gone. u have to close the plan to se the history and what claude has written bevore showing the plan.
4. u have to tell claude that u need the plan again to aprove it
