[Bug] Clarify user text input not transmitted to model in AskUserQuestion

Bug Description
Quand l'utilisateur choisit « Clarify » sur une question AskUserQuestion et tape une réponse en texte libre, ce
▎ texte n'est PAS transmis au modèle. L'assistant ne reçoit que le message générique « The user wants to clarify these
▎ questions » + les questions marquées « (No answer provided) ». Les remarques de l'utilisateur sont perdues.
▎ Reproductible à 100 % sur le flux clarify. Modèle : Opus 4.8, plateforme macOS.
