[Bug] Auto-update warning lacks actionable diagnostics from slash doctor command

Question

**Bug Description**
I'm getting a warning that the auto update is broken and to run the slash doctor command, but when I do so, nothing happens really other than giving me a quick summary of what's loaded and no clear action to resolve the issue.
