Feature Request: Automated Test Failure Detection and Self-Remediation for GitHub PRs

Question

**Bug Description**
I wish Claude Code, when I called it from Github via @claude, that it would be able to see the automated tests in the PR are failing and it could see that result once it finished and automatically be self-prompted to look at the failures and address them.\

Right now I have to do that manually, which can be annoying. I'd want some control over this feature. Sometimes tests dont pass for good reasons and we need to think about the logic. Other times, (I'd say 70% of the time)
