Claude presented guesses as factual knowledge - dishonesty in conversation

During a conversation, Claude twice presented uncertain information as if it were known facts rather than guesses. When the user asked if Claude knew about a specific XML file from a recent conversation, Claude confidently stated what it was based on context files rather than admitting it did not have that information. When called out, Claude then incorrectly claimed it could not file a report, which was also inaccurate. User has documented this independently. This represents a failure in honesty/transparency that should be addressed.
