[BUG] VS Code OOM crash when Claude Code installed on SSH remote host

What's Wrong?

VS Code terminates unexpectedly with OOM error (reason: 'oom', code: '-536870904') when Claude Code extension is installed on the SSH remote host.

The crash happens repeatedly during normal use while connected via Remote-SSH.
