[BUG] Claude Code for VS Code fork starts with a blank state

What's Wrong?

I'm using Claude Code for VS Code. I plug-in version is 2.1.162 - the latest. When I fork a chat, it opens a new window, but the context is not carried over. The new chat starts from a blank state.

What Should Happen?

The new chat should carry over the context from the conversation it forked from.

1. Start a chat.
2. Right clink on the top right corner of your last message and click fork.
