[Bug] Claude misinterprets user clarification as agreement and repeats dismissed options

Question

**Bug Description**
CC asked me a question and all I got was an option B and C. CC recommended A at the bottom of the list so I told it I couldn't see option A. It took that as me agreeing to option A and start working on it. I had no idea what it was doing so I stopped it to very clearly state I couldn't see option A as a choice. After I hit enter, IT START BACK ON WHATEVER OPTION A WAS and when it was done, CC pretended like it did didn't understand what I was saying.
