[Bug] MCP Authentication Fails with 404 Error for GitHub and Figma Integrations

Bug Description
MCP authentication always results in a 404 error (this is true for both Figma and GitHub MCPs). GitHub MCP says a separate tab will open to authenticate but it doesn't; Figma MCP is otherwise working fine (shows as signed in and connected).
