[BUG] Claude exits immediately to PowerShell prompt without any error message

What's Wrong?

When executing the claude command in PowerShell 7, the process exits almost instantly and returns to the PowerShell prompt. There is no error message displayed, and no opportunity to input any commands or interact with Claude.

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior:
Claude should start and present an interactive prompt waiting for user input.

Actual behavior:
The process exits immediately (within < 1 second) and returns to the PowerShell prompt. No error messages are shown.
