[FEATURE] Display real-time session and weekly limits in the main ui

Problem Statement

I often check my session and weekly usage while working in Chat and Cowork to better understand how to effectively use my sessions and plan future sessions. Currently I have to interrupt my workflow, go to the profile menu, go to settings, then go to usage.

Proposed Solution

Display the usage information directly in the main UI.
