[Bug] MCP Server Authentication Failed: Indeed MCP Connection Error -32429

Bug Description
Getting the following error when trying to authenticate Indeed mcp: Authorization with the MCP server failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If this persists, share this reference with support: "ofid_e4c959502849faab". The reason I tried authenticating was because server was disconnected and received following error in claude code upon reconnecting or trying to authenticate: /mcp ⎿ Tried reconnecting to claude.ai Indeed, but the connection failed: -32429 at https://mcp.indeed.com/claude/mcp
