[BUG] Unknown --effort value 'ultracode'

What's Wrong?

Running claude --effort ultracode fails with the following error:

Warning: Unknown --effort value 'ultracode' — ignoring it and using the default effort. Valid values: low, medium, high, xhigh, max.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code TUI should start in ultracode effort.
