Refund Request — Claude Code Subscription

To Anthropic Customer Support,

I have been using Claude Code for the past month to build an affiliate marketing automation system. I am requesting a full refund for this period. Here is why:

1. Cannot Connect to Google Chrome Account

Claude Code cannot connect to my Chrome browser account, even with the Claude in Chrome extension installed. The extension runs in a separate session from Claude Code, so anything I am logged into in Chrome (Medium, LinkedIn, Substack, GitHub, Supabase) is invisible to Claude Code. This was never explained to me before I subscribed.

2. Cannot Access Websites

Claude Code cannot sign in to or use any website on my behalf. It can only partially read public web pages that do not require login — useless for my workflow. It cannot:

• Sign in to my accounts
• Read my logged-in pages (Medium drafts, LinkedIn feed, Supabase dashboard)
• Post content to any platform
• Click "Publish" on anything

I was led to believe Claude could "use my browser" — in practice it can only read public pages I do not need.

3. Useless Code Output

Claude wrote a lot of code over the past month. None of it works end-to-end. Despite the code that was written:

• Zero posts have been published to any platform
• Zero affiliate revenue generated
• The promised workflow (Product → Draft → Approval → Publish → Track) never completed even once
• Promises of "100 posts" turned out to be 100 drafts in a database, not 100 published posts
• Many features built that I cannot use without doing the work myself

4. I Did the Work, Not Claude

Every real action that happened required me to do it manually:

• I clicked sign-in buttons
• I copied passwords and tokens
• I pasted post content into platforms
• I clicked Publish

Claude did the planning and the typing. I did the actual work. That is not what was promised.

5. One Month of Wasted Time

I worked every day for the past month based on promises that Claude would handle this automatically. The promises were not met. There is no working publishing pipeline. There is no automated affiliate marketing system. There are only drafts in a database that I would have to publish myself, one by one.

I am requesting a full refund for the past month of Claude Code subscription and I am disconnecting my account.

The tool did not deliver what was promised.
