[Feature Request] Add effort level transparency and dynamic model switching capability

Bug Description
I would like a mode that gives suggestions on effort level (more transparency on what exactly effort levels are doing). I am also happy to go back to model switching based on the feedback. I know that's a power-user request, so maybe I'll build a skill for it instead
