[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Usage credits required for 1M context persists after login

Bug Description
Now verify lint passes: Searched for 3 patterns, ran 7 shell commands .pnpm-store is not excluded but it should be — those file-size warnings are coming from there. But the 4 actual errors must be from source files.
