[BUG] /switch-account then /account-usage displays old account name but new account usage till refresh

What's Wrong?

When I switch account and login using another one, then verify account by /account-usage, I find the old account name but the new account usage and quota. I then have to reload vscode window for the new name to appear.

What Should Happen?

The new account name should appear

Steps to Reproduce

• Start typing /Switch and choose Switch Account
• Login using another account
• Start typing /account and choose Account & Usage
• You will find the old account name and email
