Problem Statement

I am an engineer and I use verbose output ALL THE TIME. But sometimes, I just want to see what claude is writing and not the files being outputted.

I think a really nice feature of the CLI should be the ability to collapse all verbose output on-demand. Basically toggle between the two modes -- the current work around is using Claude Code in the browser, there I do not see the verbose output(the files being modified, etc.), I only see what Claude writes to me directly.

Proposed Solution

really nice feature of the CLI should be the ability to collapse all verbose output on-demand
