[Feature Request] Auto-delete resume files when issue is marked complete

Bug Description
I used the save progress skill during this issue implementation and it resulted in completing the issue but when I then retyped once.sh script in my terminal it's still showing to resume working on that specific issue. This is kind of unfortunate and then as you you probably can see from the conversation, we have to go and prompt the agent to actually delete the resume file. So I think we should fix that. So when the issue is actually completed, it checks whether all the resume files related to it are gone.
