[BUG] Explorer window opens after installation on Windows

What's Wrong?

After running Setup.exe to install Claude, Windows Explorer opens automatically pointing to the Documents folder. The app itself installs correctly. This has been happening for several versions.
This issue has been confirmed on multiple PCs.

What Should Happen?

After installation, only the Claude app should launch. No Explorer window should open.

1. Download Claude installer (Setup.exe) on Windows
2. Run Setup.exe
3. Complete the installation
4. Windows Explorer opens automatically pointing to the Documents folder
