[BUG] Keyword highlight inconsistently preserved in queued messages

Resolved 💬 1 comment Opened Jun 1, 2026 by camolechowski Closed Jun 5, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Keyword highlighting for workflow not working properly like other highlighted keywords (like ultrathink).

When a message is submitted while Claude is busy and enters the queued/sent state, that highlighting is not being preserved for workflow the way the other previous keywords are so it seems as though there is no consistent rule.

What Should Happen?

workflow/workflows styling should be consistent between the text input area and in the message queue in the message log

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Write a prompt with the two "keywords": ultrathink and workflow/workflows
  2. Make note of styling of the text of the prompt before pressing send
  3. Send the prompt with the two "keywords"
  4. Make note of styling of the text of the prompt after pressing send
