[BUG] everything broke down on windos desktop app

What's Wrong?

Permanent bug is that updates are failing. Every time it ends up with "file locked" information and you cant do anything than reboot. Usually it solves but not today.
Now it has wipe out all the history when i open up desktop app and nothing is there. Then i try to give some prompt it doesn't do anything. It just flashes that icon for 3 seconds and then stops. Nothing gets done.
Ok uninstall and reinstall. now even reinstall failed. So clearly there is something wrong with latest update and it broke down everything at least in my regular windows machine. I try to reach support and send the log there but it did not work and bot just say that create ticket here, which sounds stupid too, but i guess there is noting i can do more. This todays world were no-one have a solid human supports is just pain in to ...You pay your fees but when things go south there is no-one to help you anymore.
