[Bug] Frequent API disconnects and excessive token consumption with Claude Opus 4.8

Bug Description
I keep getting disconnects, API errors and it keep stop workin gfor no reason without completing tasks. I see it running stuff like "echo ping" or Bash(true) -> (No Output), a simple "Ok" to wake it up consumes 12% of my tokens +-. Opus 4.8 is really bad and not doing well.
