1. Install Claude desktop on Windows 11 Home build 26200 using the official installer from claude.ai/download 2. Installation fails with HRESULT 0x80073D28 during AddPackage step 3. Package Claude_1.9659.2.0_x64__pzs8sxrjxfjjc becomes stuck in Servicing state for SYSTEM account (S-1-5-18) 4. All subsequent installation attempts fail with the same error 5. Standard removal methods fail with HRESULT 0x80073CFA 6. Package remains stuck even after: DISM /RestoreHealth, new user account, Task Scheduler as SYSTEM, VirtualMachinePlatform enabled, Windows Update to build 26200.8524 Result: CoworkVMService is never installed. Claude Desktop installs without Cowork only. Expected: Claude Desktop installs successfully with Cowork enabled. Full setup log attached: ClaudeSetup.log
