Bug Description
Title: Feature request: Pin/star sessions in VSCode extension sidebar

Body:

Hi team,

I use Claude Code heavily across many parallel projects and accumulate dozens of sessions per week. The current sidebar lists sessions strictly by recency, which makes it hard to keep important long-running sessions accessible — they get pushed down as new sessions are created.

Request: Add a pin/star action to each session in the Local sessions list (VSCode extension).

Proposed behavior:

A star/pin icon appears on hover next to the existing rename (pencil) and delete (trash) icons
Pinned sessions appear in a separate "Pinned" group at the top of the list, above the time-sorted sessions
Pinned state persists across VSCode restarts
Optional: filter toggle to show only pinned sessions
Why it matters:

Long-lived projects (e.g., a refactor that spans weeks) need a stable anchor
Renaming sessions with prefixes like ⭐ works as a workaround but still requires scrolling/searching every time
Other IDE history panels (terminals, source control, tabs) all support pinning — sessions feel like the missing one
Workaround currently in use: Renaming sessions with a ⭐ prefix and filtering by that character in the search box. Functional but clunky.

Thanks!
