[Bug] Claude model hallucinating in image analysis and getting stuck in circular reasoning loops

Bug Description
going around in cricles for the past 20 mins, its hard hallucinating telling me red and black are the same and the m isnt clipping

recently ive been extremely unhappy with the claude performance its caused more detriment and time wasting to my product ive been designing. Im actually at the point where i want to request a refund
