[Bug] Clicking links causes Claude Code to hang or freeze

Bug Description

Clicking links sometimes locks Claude Code. I believe it is in combination with a Github link to a PR; if I click ALT-click to open in browser then 95% of the time it does what I expect. In the remains 5% of cases the current instance of CC asks me to select sub-agent ... both the whole terminal is inoperable. My other running instances of CC are fine, though. I have to kill that tab in iTerm, losing all my context, etc.
