Problem Statement

As a Claude Pro subscriber, I cannot use Claude Code, MCP, and agent workflows for sensitive professional work because strong privacy protections (no-training guarantees, data retention controls, GDPR-compliant DPA) are only available on Enterprise plans.

Both OpenAI and Google (Gemini) already offer DPA agreements and GDPR compliance to pro/business but non-enterprise paid users — and in fact I am stuck with them for this reason, despite preferring Claude.

Proposed Solution

Please consider extending privacy parity to Pro and Max users too — not just Enterprise customers. Many individual professionals and small businesses handle sensitive data but cannot justify a full Enterprise contract.

A clear, accessible path to GDPR compliance at the Pro/Max tier would make Claude viable for a large segment of professional users currently unable to use it responsibly.

Thank you!
