[Bug] Workflow retry loop exhaustion due to malformed JSON field construction

Bug Description
Workflows got stuck on a loop of 6x retries until I manually exited and resolved myself. Wasting hours and 2million tokens in the process over what appeared to be a null loop because of how the fields / Json were constructed. It seems like claude knew how to fix it, how to prevent it, but failed to do so.
