[Feature Request] Add diff view for plan updates to track changes across iterations

Bug Description
DUDE SOMETIMES READING PLAN AFTER PLAN AFTER PLAN IS really tiring, sometimes when doing plan I do it multiple iteration and the plan is getting longer and longer and longer what I dont like it as I iterate multiple times with claude somtimes its hard to read the changes in the plan, yes claude say he update the plan, but without diff its hard to track what are the changes please add a DIFF in plan
