Missing Refund Option for Claude Code Sustained Outage

There are at least 50 if not 100 open issues that Claude Code does not work anymore with Pro and Max subscriptions, because login fails with missing api key.

I cannot use the latest version, need to downgrade to 1.0.67, then try again a later version that _maybe_ Claude Code was fixed, and this for a Max subscription?

This is not acceptable, it's 100% downtime from a customer perspective.

Anthropic should refund all Pro and Max customers for each day since 1.0.68 was published, until the outage is resolved. It is resolved when a Claude Code version in released that actually works.

Make an option available to request a refund on the website.

Recommend removing the "support chatbot" from the 1990s and utilize an LLM to process the requests.
