[Feature Request] Add timestamp display for conversation interactions

Bug Description
Huge fan of Claude Code here (in macOS Terminal, lots of parallel sessions). The one thing that would improve my experience of using Claude Code would be ready access to the timestamp of the interactions. You know how Messages puts a date / time stamp above each conversation segment, and you can swipe left to see the timestamps of each post? I'm sure this would be challening in a TUI, but as you control more of the canvas (colors, hover states), maybe you could approximate this. A Messages-style date/timestamp facility would really help remind me when the last interaction happened (5 min ago? yesterday? last week?), and would help re-establish context for me.
