What's Wrong?
When I downloaded Desktop for Claude.ai on both a Mac & Windows pc it does not recognize my Pro Account status in Desktop. It thinks I am a free account on a limit. I had not used Desktop yet and my last use of web was 4pm on 5/27. I did what the chat bot said to check nothing there. Billing or otherwise. I need the co-work option to do my work but that is not available on the APP so how can this get resolved quickly it is holding me up in a training class that I paid A LOT of money for. Thank you My mac runs Mac OS Tahoe 26.5 and my Windows is 25H2(os bld 26200.8524 I have uninstalled desktop on both and reinstalled twice no solution
What Should Happen?
It should automatically see that I am on the pro plan not a free plan. That is per the chat bot

Steps to Reproduce
Download Desktop App from Claude.ai, Run install, open and sign in with email. In the bottom left corner it says JE only. On the APP it says Jay Pro. When I execute a file it says I don't have the time and I have to wait in the Desktop. App seems ok.
