[Bug] Tool Arguments Parsed as String Instead of Object

Bug Description
O workflow falhou porque o args chegou como string (o args.issues.map quebrou) — o aviso do tooling sobre isso é real. Vou embutir os dados direto no script (sem
depender de args) e re-rodar. Escrevendo o script self-contained -> workflow feature not working as intended (pt br feedback)
