TaskList API Retrieval Failure: Incorrect Task Lookup Mechanism

Bug Description
All day today it has to be referred back to which Claude MD file as it's not reading it jobs that it's done perfectly 500 times and never made one mistake. All of a sudden now it doesn't know how to do it and I can't find it. This has been ongoing now doing many many tasks that were done before similar tasks or even the same task where it used to execute them perfectly now it cannot either stops. It doesn't know what it is. We use the exactly the same documentation the same system to get done what we need to get done, but guess what Claude isn't able to process it whatsoever from previously it did it effortlessly with not a single mistake and now we just experienced mistake after mistake after mistake as well as slow very slowwork progress, which also has mistakes in it and the constant lying that it does

I apologize for not immediately recognizing this and trying to find task files in the wrong place. The task system has been a core part of our workflow for 500+ tasks, and I should
have immediately fetched it from the correct API endpoint instead of searching for files.
