[BUG] API 500 ERROR "Attempt N/10... Retrying in Xs..." MAKING CLAUDE CODE UNUSEABLE

What's Wrong?
API 500 ERROR ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY
SUPER FUCKING ANNOYING
SOMETIMES IT WORKS, THEN IT JUST DIES. RETRIES 10 TIMES. THEN JUST RESETS.
What Should Happen?
NO FUCKING ERROR. OR AT LEAST UPDATE CLAUDE STATUS SO I KNOW THERE'S AN ERROR?????
