Display number of generated tokens while inference is running

About 10 versions ago there was a very necessary visual feedback feature to know that the agent is operational. Now it's gone after updating. And sure enough, exactly as predicted, I found myself waiting 60 seconds just now for absolutely nothing, because there was no visual signal anymore to let me know that the software was bugged and inference wasn't running.
