In Claude code, I asked: find file in folder

What Claude Actually Did

Claude kept asking for permission to search my whole computer, even if the file I asked it to read was in specified folder. this issue has been happening very often over the past week or so. never occurred before.

Expected Behavior

Claude should have just found the file (as it used to do)
