What's Wrong?

I am writing to report a technical issue with Claude Code that I am unable to resolve.
PROBLEM:
The Code tab opens and displays correctly, but I cannot create new sessions or projects. When I click the "+ New Session" button or press Cmd+N, nothing happens - no dialog appears and no session is created.
DETAILS:

• Account Type: Claude Pro
• Issue Duration: Persistent (tried multiple times)
• Browser: Chrome
• Operating System: Mac

TROUBLESHOOTING ATTEMPTED:
✓ Page refresh (Cmd+R)
✓ Browser cache cleared (Cmd+Shift+Delete)
✓ Tried different browsers
✓ Waited for full page load (30+ seconds)
✓ Checked internet connection
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Clicking "+ New Session" should open a new Code session where I can create or work on projects.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
The button does not respond at all.
