Problem Statement

I work everyday with up to 7 parallel sessions of Claude Code on my Desktop on pwsh on 3 screens split in 2 or 3. In order to not getting lost, I am obliged to rename each pwsh tab with the name of the agent, plus set a tab color with the color code of each agent. I have to repeat the same steps everyday. Then I use the Claude App to follow-up on my mobile. And there I have - again - to rename each discussion.
It would be great to be able to automate this by allowing setting session display name via hook or CLI flag for multi-session workflows.

Proposed Solution

When launching the Agent in a pwsh, automatically rename the tab with the Agent name, on both pwsh and iPhone App. A plus would be also to apply a tab color deducted from the selected Agent and apply a light coloro black background (instead of pure black)
