[BUG] Claude spoils solutions to language-learning tests via prompt hints

What's Wrong?

While learning Spanish, I ask Claude to test me using questions.

The answers to these questions are shown as prompt hints, which defeats the purpose

What Should Happen?

Claude should keep the prompt empty when asking test questions
