[Feature Request] Easier access to files generated by Claude Code

Bug Description
opening files generated by claude code remains a challenge. 1/ often lost in the transcript and need to ctrl+o to view the full transcript to see files; or know that they will end up in /tmp and try to infer which files are for which claude code session 2/ terminals don't always support click -> open file or if the file doesn't encode the absolute path etc
