[BUG] Claude Usage limit. Cheating

What's Wrong?

When I try to use the claude desktop App(Version 1.8555.2 (a476c3)). I am pretty sure that I have not hit my usage limits and still I am being told so and not allowed to perform my activities. Screenshots attached for reference.

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow my code session to continue and not block it under the false pretext of usage limits.
