[FEATURE] Whenever auto mode triggers permission denied create a PushNotification if remote-control is active

Problem Statement

Whenever auto mode denies an action, there is no notification automatically triggered to the user.

Proposed Solution

If PermissionDenied hook is triggered and If remote-control is active, trigger a PushNotification for the user to address the denial.
