Make `.claudeignore` set ignorePattnerns by default

At the moment it seems quite easy to bypass with a prompt the security of .env files in a directory unless you explicitiy add claude config add ignorePatterns .env. I wonder if it would be possible to have a setting that sets ignorePatterns by default by reading the contents of either the .gitignore or .claudeignore file in the working dir?
