Problem Statement

Purpose: working state for multi-device workflows (e.g. planner on laptop → coder on server) without re-pasting context or hitting limits mid-handoff.

Proposed Solution

Lower the Team plan minimum from 5 seats to 2 (or add a "Duo" tier). The 5-seat floor excludes a large segment of paying power users — solo developers and researchers running workflows across multiple devices/environments who need shared projects and continuity but don't have a team. Many of us currently buy two Max subscriptions to approximate this, which is more expensive than Team would be and doesn't actually give us the shared-context feature we're paying for.

Alternative Solutions

Add a small (~10KB), user-editable markdown file per account that syncs across all sessions and devices, is auto-loaded at session start at fixed minimal token cost (or free), and can be updated by Claude or the user.
