Add option to disable Caps Lock voice dictation trigger in Desktop App

Problem Statement

▎ Yes. In the Claude Desktop App (macOS), pressing Caps Lock triggers voice dictation mode. There is no option in
▎ Settings to disable this behavior or remap the trigger key. This makes it impossible to use Caps Lock for its
▎ normal function (toggling uppercase/lowercase typing). Every time I try to type in uppercase, the voice dictation
▎ overlay pops up instead.

▎ I checked Settings → General, Claude Code, and Desktop app sections — none of them have an option to disable or
▎ configure the voice dictation hotkey.
▎
▎ Describe the solution you'd like

▎ Add a toggle in Settings (e.g., under Desktop app → General) to:
▎ 1. Disable Caps Lock as the voice dictation trigger, OR
▎ 2. Allow users to customize the dictation hotkey to a different key combination
▎
▎ Describe alternatives you've considered

▎ Currently using Shift + letter as a workaround for uppercase typing, but this is inconvenient for extended use.

▎ - The voice dictation feature itself works fine — the issue is solely about lacking the ability to disable or
▎ remap the Caps Lock trigger.

Proposed Solution

▎ There should be a setting in Desktop App → Settings → General (or a new "Keyboard" section) that allows users to:
▎
▎ 1. Toggle voice dictation on/off with a simple switch
▎ 2. Optionally remap the trigger key from Caps Lock to another key combination (e.g., Fn+D, Option+Space)
▎
▎ The interface should show a "Voice Dictation" toggle under Preferences, right next to the existing "Voice" and
▎ "Voice speed" options. When disabled, Caps Lock should behave as a normal Caps Lock key for uppercase/lowercase
▎ toggling.
