[FEATURE] VS code extention settings for chat placement

Problem Statement

After last VS code extention update, chat was moved from side bar to files. Each new chat creates a file and its very uncomfortable.

Proposed Solution

Please provide a setting so users can select wheer chat is placed. Old version (chat in sidebar), or new version(doesnt matter)
